    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags or labels.

    • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
    • After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.                         
  3. Refund Options:

    • We offer refunds in the form of store credit or the original payment method, depending on your preference.
    • Store credit can be used towards future purchases.                                
  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged or defective.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.                        
  5. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom-made jewelry, personalized pieces, or items specified as non-returnable at the time of purchase are exempt from returns.                   
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery.
    • We will gladly arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you.

    • Provide your order details, reason for the return, and any supporting information or photos if applicable.
    • Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and a return address.
